Terms of Service

Who can use ColdSEO?

You must be 18 or older, capable of forming a binding contract, and not located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited. One account per person; agencies should use the Agency plan with team seats rather than sharing logins.

What is acceptable use?

• You must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and any other applicable laws.
• You must own or have permission to email every prospect you upload.
• You must include accurate sender info and a working unsubscribe link in every campaign.
• You must not send sexually explicit, hateful, illegal, or fraudulent content.
• You must not impersonate other senders or mislead recipients about the source.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules — including issuing partial refunds at our discretion.

Billing & refunds

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from your billing dashboard; you keep paid features until the period ends. New Pro and Agency subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of first payment, no questions asked. One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once consumed.

Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime but make no guarantee. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance via the in-app banner. Email sending depends on your connected inbox provider — Gmail, Microsoft, or your SMTP host — which is outside our control.

Liability

ColdSEO is provided "as is." Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice for material changes (in-app banner + email). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
